This was a wild one and one that I may not forget for a very long time.
A special thank you goes out to Adam Brewer for keeping Texas musicians alive and well for an entire weekend on
the infamous island of Texas!
Will Taylor & Strings Attached performed the entire Beatles Abbey Road album.

and the rest of us then hit the stage for a nice sweet short set.
Billy Joe Shaver followed with a short legendary set of historical tunes... what a true gentleman to say the least.
Sam Sliva and the Good was next with a great set.
Doug Moreland and his band of great guys were next with their fantastic Texas Swing... I truly enjoyed their set.
Jason Boland & The Stragglers followed with a great set of all of their hits.
Cory Morrow and his band hit the stage next with a new sound... a lil' more rockin'.
Ryan Bingham & The Deadhorses were there to follow with a great set of slow half time grooves... I dig this guy's attitud and tunes.
Bob Schneider and band were then there to help sooth the crowd from a long day in the heat.
Alpha Rev was the last band to end the night.
All of these mentioned artists performed on Stage 1 on Saturday.
This does not include all of the other artists that performed on Stage 2 on Saturday.
... and all the other artists that performed on both stages Friday.
What a weekend.
I had a great time talking
to long time friends, making new friends and chatting with many band members of all the different bands.
